Seng Kee 福建蝦麵

是日在老巴剎午餐,看見某店外的人龍便遇上這家Seng Kee。我看到店裡的呀姨用力地炒,火氣很夠似的。
S$5 一碟,這是小份的。這家炒福建麵算不錯,魷魚和蝦都大隻又新鮮,蝦頭的膏還是香香的~不過2隻太少,比多2隻我會開心點。這家好的是不會炒得太碎,芡汁剛好(有些店會炒太乾),加上青檸汁更好吃!而最開心是可以自己放炸豬油粒,粒粒都又脆又香口~這不是每家都讓你隨便放的⋯



















看到這家的蠔煎也好像不錯,有機會再去試試看!

I had this Fried Hokkien Mee at Lau Pa Sat for lunch the other day. It was quite surprised by its light gravy and the freshness of prawns. Overall, I would give it a 3.5/5, as the smell of it was really nice and you can add the crispy pork fat (deep fried) onto your noodles!
