Tanjong Pagar 炒粿條

#新加坡食 Tanjong Pagar 炒粿條

炒粿條即是炒貴刁,醬油炒蝦、魚片、豆芽、河粉,用豬油炒最香最好食,但超肥。哈哈!

店家中文名叫炒粿條,英文是Tanjong Pagar Fried Kway Teow,很多本地美食blogger都給予這家很高評價。這家炒粿條可以選擇放獅蚶,每隻都肥肥的,配香香的幼身粿條很好吃!不吃辣的朋友可以叫老闆不放辣喔!























我覺得這家油用得剛好,不會太油,吃完盆子也沒有一灘油在底下。你還可以加青檸汁呢!這盆是中size,只售 S$4 。

This Char Kway Teow store in Tanjong Pagar Food Centre is recommended by the local food bloggers. This local delights is stir fried flat rice noodles with fish cake, prawns, egg, and beansprouts. This shop use cockles instead of prawns, their char kway teow smells really nice and every taste is delicious! It is just 5 mins walk from Tanjong Pagar station.
